I can do anything you want, which includes banners, signatures, avatars, and yes, even skins. Give me a link to a picture, what words you want, and what you invision the picture in general to look like. Things I can do but I will not include cutting a cat and placing it on a background, as I do purely photomanipulation. I can change eye colors, hair color, or in the case of an animal, fur/pelt/hair color. I would also enjoy it if you would give me a mood and basic color to stick to, and where you want the graphic for, even if it is for here.
